The local point of this 266 acre community is a 50,000 sq. ft. clubhouse offering an 16 hole, 6950 yard, Joseph Lee Golf Couse, six tennis courts and a junio Olympic-sized swimming pool. The custom homesites range in size from one-half acre to more than three acres. Each site offers its own unique views–of the golf course, clubhouse, the open hills and back country, the ocean or the community below. The architectural review committee has approved Mediterranean, Traditional, and Country Fench home designs. There is a guard at the gate 24 hours a day.
