The Best People
Windermere’s community of real estate professionals is our greatest asset. We have experts in all areas of real estate, from your typical starter home to condos, luxury properties, and new construction. While residential real estate is the mainstay of our business, Windermere Homes & Estates also has offices and associates who specialize in property management, commercial real estate, and relocation services. To further facilitate the home buying process, Windermere has affiliated partners in certain regions to provide mortgage, title, and escrow services.
The Best Tools
Our agents have access to a wide range of innovative tools and programs, allowing them to serve home buyers and sellers in a way that is truly unique to Windermere. Some of our most successful tools were born from our agents’ own ingenuity, and we continually look to them for ways to improve upon everything we do. Ultimately, the most powerful tool that Windermere has is our agents; their professionalism and commitment to community enables them to tailor their service individually to each of their clients’ needs.
Create Thriving Communities
Windermere Homes & Estates is committed to the communities in which we live and work. Through the Windermere Foundation, our annual Community Service Day, and a variety of community events, Windermere agents, owners, and staff work together to help build and sustain thriving neighborhoods.
If you've bought or sold a home through Windermere Real Estate, you're a part of the Windermere Foundation, and you've made a positive difference in the lives of your neighbors in need.
For the past 25 years, the Windermere Foundation has donated a portion of the proceeds from every home purchased or sold towards supporting low-income and homeless families in our communities. What started in 1989 as a grassroots foundation serving families in need in Washington State, has grown to encompass ten states and has raised over $26 million for programs and organizations that provide shelter, clothing, children’s programs, emergency assistance, and other services to those who need our help the most.
Every Transaction Makes A Difference
Every time a Windermere sales associate sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989. Each year, contributions from Windermere agents combined with donations from Windermere employees and community members, have allowed the Windermere Foundation to support non-profit agencies dedicated to helping homeless and low-income families.
Housing Is Our Business
Helping homeless and low-income families is a natural extension of our business. Non-profit agencies receiving Windermere Foundation dollars have furnished emergency and transitional housing, and subsidized costs for services such as employment counseling, placement and training, day care, scholarships, and much more.
Creating Opportunities For Low-Income And Homeless Children
A significant portion of Windermere Foundation dollars go toward programs that help children. Establishing and funding literacy programs, underwriting the costs of summer camp, and providing basic necessities such as new school shoes, socks, and underwear, are among the many projects that the Windermere Foundation supports. We believe that building a child’s self-esteem is an investment in our future.
