When completely developed, this master planned community in the City of San Diego will be the home to more than 6,250 residents or 2,500 homes. The Ranch House is California’s first private enterprise, new construction building to earn the Platinum designation. While the amenities at Del Sur are designed to bring the community together, the special events and activities sponsored by the Del Sur Community Services Organizations have become traditions that our residents look forward to throughout the year. Residents gather for neighborhood block parties, picnics, playgroups as well as for community sponsored events. More than 250 residents come out for the Annual Summer Barbecue, Harvest Festival and Holiday Event, while more intimate groups participate in regular nature hikes, play dates, and soccer.
